General Order Info:
*Please review your order before placing it (shipping address, item size, etc.) as orders may not be edited after order placement.
Orders over $250 qualify for free global shipping.
By signing into your account you can view your order history, status, and tracking.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During times of high volume, sales, or holidays, processing can take an additional 3-5 days longer.
The Estimated Delivery Time is fully dependent on our carriers. We are cannot be held responsible for any delays (weather conditions or outside factors) the carrier might experience. However, we will do our best to accommodate our deliveries.
Each order is subject to address & payment verification as well as item availability.
Once the order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods:
All Domestic orders will ship UPS Ground. International orders will ship DHL Express. Please reach out to [email protected] if you have any questions.
All orders ship from our Los Angeles based warehouse.
Domestic orders: All orders will ship Standard (UPS Ground). You will receive tracking information via email when the order is processed and shipped out by our third-party warehouse. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to arrive once it has left the warehouse and 7-10 business days for your order to arrive from the date it was placed.
*Please Note: Orders placed after 10am PST will ship out the following day, regardless of the UPS Next Day Air option.

International Orders: All orders will ship Standard (DHL Express). You will receive tracking information via email when the order is processed and shipped out by our third-party warehouse. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive as it may need time to clear customs.
