Exchanges/returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of goods. Once we receive the goods we will process the refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your financial institution. During times of high volume sale, returns may take an extra few days to be processed. 

For Domestic returns, please visit https://shopredone.loopreturns.com/#/ to initiate an exchange or return. You will receive instructions & a prepaid shipping label via email. Gift returns are refunded onto store credit.

For International returns, please visit https://web.global-e.com/returns/portal/ to initiate a return. International orders may only be returned at this time. Please place a new order if you wish to exchange. Tip: We recommend selecting the "Express Prepaid Return" option for the system to provide a prepaid return label compared to the self postage option.

Please refrain from sending returns without processing a return request in one of the portals. We will not be able to accept it.

If a product you receive is damaged or defective, please reach out to [email protected] and note the issue on the return submission via our returns portal. This ensures that the necessary steps are taken to solve the issue for you.

Exchanges/returns can be authorized within 14 days of the Fulfilled Date. Marketplace items can only be exchanged or returned within 7 days of receipt.

A return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount based on the items purchased. Exchanges are complimentary. If you need help with finding a size or fit, we are here to help! Please email [email protected] and we will help you find a style you'll love.

All items must be unworn with tags attached to be accepted for exchange or return. We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return that shows signs of wear or does not abide by our return policy. We will not accept returned items with visible signs of wear or tags removed. Rejected return parcels will not be sent back, refunded back to original payment, or exchanged.

At this time, we only offer two exchanges per order.

Products listed as “Final Sale” and products that are reduced MSRP are not eligible for return or exchange at this time. Full priced products purchased with 30% off during our sale period will also be Final Sale. Promo/discount codes cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion, nor are they eligible for items on sale.

We will only accept returns or exchanges that were purchased via our website and will not accept orders purchased from other retailers.

For items that were purchased in a RE/DONE store or via phone order with a RE/DONE associate - Please reach out to the store to request a return label.
