How do I send my jeans in for repair?Updated 17 days ago

Please email [email protected] with the following:

1. Flat photos of the damaged area
2. Style number / Order number
3. Description of what you would like repaired

The Re/Done style Number can be found written on the inside right pocket of the jean. Please provide only the style number i.e. 26HR116652

*Please email customer care before sending your jean in for repair.

Customers are responsible for all shipping their jean to RE/DONE and we will cover the cost to return your finished and repaired jean back to you.
